Cant find ESF under 3er Party games

I have installed Esf to my C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\myemail\halflife\ESF . but it wont show up under my third party games thing i have done everything i can think of

Go to servers under the steam menu....close it. Now open the games menu and see if it's there. If not, you're going to have to give a better description.
