cant play

i cant find the esf.exe.
i have installed the 1.00 version cause i couldent download the 1.1 version.
but i cant find the .exe so if somewone know why post it please

Alright, asuming you have halflife and have downloaded 1.1.1.0 heres what you do.

- Open Halflife
- Click Custom Games
- Click Earth's Special Forces
- Click Activate

ESF will then be yours to play

ok now ive installed 1.1 and now ive found the .exe
but he starts half life and not ESF
and i cant update half life if that is needed.
that's the weird thing.
and he says he's missing a file named: could not load library esf\cl_dlls\client.dll
does somewone know whats wrong?

can somewone please help me.

Okay, first of all, Please dont double post, Secondly, stop reffering to your computer as a living entity, its freaking me out. Now for your question, what is the title of the .exe, is it halfe-life.exe or somthing? If so, then you need to either, A create a short cut to ESF, or B, do this

If it dosnt show up in Custom Games, you dont have it installed correctly

If your getting the client.dll error, then please read this post here to solve your problem.

ok now i dont have the client.dll thing but now it says:
can't get DLL API!


And with Half-Life where can i find custome games?

no clue bout the first problem, but custom games is found IN the game.
Step 1, open half life
step 2, move your mouse to where it says "Custom games"
Step 3, click
Step 4, choose mod
Step 5, hit activate

Ok second if i open half life i cant see comstum games.
under witch it has to stand??

If you cant see it now, i dont think were going to be able to help

ok i have installed a new half-life.
but when i want to join a game or go to console or create a game it says : W_loadwadFile couldnt load gfx.wad i finaly can start up esf and now this.
its freeckin me out

If all else fails, reinstall half-life.

Hmmm yeah, also alot of problems are solved from redownloading esf from a different host.
