ADJUSTING SPEED!!!

hey all
i dont know if there is a request thread but anyway its not a request and i have tried search so.......

ok i have been doing ....well....i think its a kind of coding anyway i id all the stuff so that you can have more transformation and all......so does anyone know any program or tweaks or scripts or anything that has some thing to do with speed plz post some thing.....

I dont know the rules by hart of this forum. but I have a feeling this topic is kinda not allowed.

He asks if there is any way of increasing speed, ecluding transformations, you can do this with metamod. If you can code that is.

where do i get meta mod ..... i have a funny feeling that there is sticky somewhere someplace to do with this....
