What are the commands you can add to esf shortcut?

just wonderin what commands can u add to esf shortcut?
mine right now is..C:\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe -console -game esf +clientport 27015 +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/esf_bot.dll
but i wanna know all of the commands u can put there i think theres one for map but i dont know it.. well anyways can you name some of em?

-numericping (shows a number next to the "color guide" in server list)

-dev (sort of a mini console in the top left, shows some things that have just happened, like soandso killed soandso with thisandthat)

-noipx (that ipx error message just bugged me )

-nojoy (Disables joystick, to free up more memory)
+connect IPADRESS (Guess)
+ANYCONSOLECOMMAND (run any console comand at start)

-exit with this command u can play hl with ANY comp even a 486,u dont need a sound card, and any vidio card since 1989 wil play it to....te catch is....it exits when u open it
