How to: AMX and Adminmod

I would liek to know how to run AMX and Adminmod at the same time.

i use C:\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe -console -game esf +clientport 27015 +localinfo mm_gamedll dlls/esf_bot.dll
to run amx mod and esf bot at same time.. is admin mod a metamod plugin or a separate plugin cause if its metamod plugin cant u just add it to plugins.ini or metamod.ini?(both of them are default metamod plugin lists.)

Last time I tried AMX mod and Adminmod had problems interacting with each ohter, but I have seen servers with both. AMX mod is a metamod plugin so please everyone don't post unless you know something.
