Hmmmm....... Looks nice..... But there is always "but"! Hmmm,because of non-texturized background,and ugly face on it- I'd give it 6.5/10.... Not bad, too!

P.S.-If i were on urs place- I would use Master Roshi sig until u try to make bg's with PhotoShop or PainShopPro...

But,that's my opinion!

Good job, I too have been forced to use Paint (I sometimes use this other
lame ass program called "Picture It! 7.0". But I make descent art with them both.
I dont know if many people here remember my "Solliete" image that I did on Paint

That's good for paint, but if you can try to make your bg's a little more complicated.
That's just my opinion.
