Power Struggleing?

I been playing ESF for a very long time and i still dont get what you do in a power struggle it who ever has the most power wins or do you tap a botton really fast any one no?

Its the person with most power that wins. Higher pl than u... Or strongest attack..

Well, when your in a powerstruggle, you can push more energy into your beam by turning turbo on and holding down primary attack, although it will drain your ki energy down faster.

its not much atm, but in 1.2 you can pump the energy in timed clicks, puts more skill into it,
