emmm you talkin Steam or won?
If you got Cs retail then you can just put it in there but if u dont and its the mod version then just it in the half life folder. (for won)
For steam dont know if it will work with CS but to be on the safe side use half life.
For steam just go to the steam folder then steamapps/youremail/halflife
then just put it in there if this dont help then im out
