20% gib

For trunks it saids 20% gib on sword attacks.
What the hell does that mean.

If a persons health is below 20% of their total. (like 22 health if their total is 100) then a hit with the sword be it a direct hit or blocked will not only kill them instantly but cut em into pieces (ie gibs) does that help?

Just to be picky, but if someone had 22 hp and their max was 100 they would have 22% health =P
You mean 20hp or under.
