Been suggested quite a few times in the suggestions section. It would make Goku way overpowered (he has enough moves) and would you want to chase a guy using instant transloaction ?

theres so many suggestions wit ppls sayen "this mov el kik reel a$$ but wastes alota ki", te thing is, any mov that uses alota ki has been explited in soo many ways (ff,kameha,deathbal,etc..) that its not funy,also stun time idea has com up but thatel slow te pace down(bid for power)

go to controls, double click the space to the right of the g, set it to scroll down, go in a game, scroll down real fast, instant transmition

Goku's Instant Transmission is implemented through the ability that he gains as a Super Saiyan when he can teleport while charging any beam.
Other characters need more moves and abilities first before Goku does, so I'd say that's good enough for now.
