Here's a summary of every other mod ever:

Join a game.
Join a team.
Pick a class (if available).
Pick your weapon of choice.
Run around, try to shoot people before getting shot.
Get shot.
Respawn.
Repeat.

I'm not sure what you were going for. I think you're unhappy with the mod but your reasons are really unjustified. If you'd like to 'flame' the mod in a more personal, meaningful way, head over to the suggestions section and suggest a better system.
