IM having a Lil Problem

I downloaded,Blah Installing all that stuff,but during the installion it says curropt File...anyone else havin this problem?sorry for not being very specific

Well Ive Got it installed,but now it wont play,it also always trys to launch DOD ,if i try and launch ,it,and im so confused,and im a retard,im prob the only one having this error.

what are u running steam or half-life retail?
also where did u install it to?

i dont got half-life retail,i got Cs Retail,and im trying to run it with Noraml/Steam,either WOULD be fine,i installed it to the normal place,for Hl Mods,but it keeps installing it to the DOD folder,no matter where i select.

install it to the desktop then copy it to the counter-strike retail folder then

install esf into c://sierra/counter-strike
