Crushing damage[in development]

Could someone tell me what is ment by chrushing damage? Sorry i couldnt find it by searching

crushing damage means, when you are blocking a beam and you get sucked in, you hit a wall and instead of the ebam blowing you up, the beam will start to crush you and your health decreases
