Hari Kari or Nari Wari?

everytime i try to cook using my hari kari beef grinds i burn myself so i looked into my Earth Special Forces cookbook under the "new fangled things" section and tried to cook it using those instructions, well. I found a 1.1 patch and decided to try that turns out it was a nari wari so what i need to know is - what does ESF have to do with cooking? htnka uyo!
