Its new ESF 1.2 on Steam?

1.2 will be playable on steam right out of the box.

WON will also remain supported, though majority of the testing was done on steam.

Typically the release list goes like this:

Dev Team (final build)
Beta Tester Staff (final bug test)
Main Downloads from ESForces.com (Released on IRC first)
Mirrors and Main Page (released around the same time)
