How do you know the mod is done? , there fixing bugs , and its up to them to realease it

they are releasing when everything is polished what needs to be polished, so just wait for a few more days/weeks/months, you will eventually be able to play the game, and the team will give you the info when its the right time.

so just wait a little bit longer and you can play

It will be out when it's out. it's not done yet, as we're still in the beta.
