when i play on some servers people are blasting around and transporting all around and me before i can lay a hit on them im dead
how do they do that?
and how to i raise my cf faster?

It takes practice to do a lot of the crazy moves you see. Teleporting is by pressing the 'g' key. And the only way to raise you CF bar faster is kill faster. (or if it's CTDB, then go wish for pl).
