ive been playing krillin for a while and i noticed that he takes longer to get his cf up
does anyone no why?
does the destructo disk crash servers, too?
and whats perfect transformation and how do you obtain it

It's because he starts with 600, 000 power and transforms at 3, 000, 000 power. This is why it takes so long for the bar to fill, as he needs to acquire the most power to transform. I'm not sure if the destructo disc crashes entire servers, but I know when users throw them in servers that I'm in, my half-life tends to close repeatedly. As for perfect transformation, it just means once you get enough power, you can transform instantly rather than waiting for the animation to finish.
