Sell ESF?

Hi!
I have a question...
I can sell cds with ESF 1.2 and half life with cdkey that will work on steam?
The one that who buy this is the kids that dont know to install it.
When they pay, they will pay on the half life, the half life cdkey, and the installer that I made for it. ESF will cost no money. It will be free.
I will have a license for selling it. (I will sell this in Israel).
So... I can?

i don't think it's a good idea because the rights of the characters are the creative property of akira toriyama and hl is the proprty of valve and the Esf is the property of the ESF team . i am not sure if the esf team would sue but the other two would.

umm...no, its illegal to sell esf.thats jsut stupid, i knew the day would come when someone asked this. But the answer is NO you cannot legally sell esf and a half-life key.

no, you cannot sell ESF nor can you sell Halflife CD-key. you just have no right to.

Actually you can sell software as long as you completely relinquish your paid copy. (IE, no more HL for you)

In addition if you have ever used that CD Key on Steam, it won't work for another account.

ESF must be placed on a seperate disk, selling it is a violation of copyright law.
