How do i save my character

it seems like every time i play a game, i have to start my character over, and then other people log into my game, and they can go ssj and stuff, how do i save my character?

You can't save your character between games or between servers.

That would be a bunch of server side code to save your character on a server.

They're probably advanced players who get a bunch of kills and go SSJ quickly.

keep in mind, that when you start a server with dragonballs, and you will have a power like 10 milion.
the people who join would get a powelevel around the server average. so they will have a power like 2/3 milion, everytime they die their powerlevel get closer to the server average.

Do u have to have Half life to play? or can u just have CS? cause i bought cz and i got steam but its not in games, i installed and everything!!

Conditon Zero doesnt play ESF. Counter-Strike(THE ORIGIONAL) does.
