HELP ME PLZZZ

i dont understand why but everytime i dowload this game when it says "checking for other things installed" before it starts installing ESF, it stops responding...no other mod has done this for me

PLZ i need help

i use steam and i know how to install to steam and ive installed the game from a bunch of other mirrors...this is pissing me off since i want to play lol. :warning:

maybe you downloaded the 1.0 vs 1.1 upgrade?
if so download the full version and install that one

i got it working i did download the full version...its wierd i dont know....but i got it...now i have a new problem..i get into the game fine...then i cant use my keyboard...or see the options to change my keys

download the ESF steam pack at www.esf-world.com

or just make sure that you have played (start a game or hazard course) at least once Half-Life with steam. It will make the config work.
