Missing sounds?

When i load Esf_cell_day , it says its missing a wav..

weapons/basicbeam_chargeoriginal.wav

Any idea why this is out, or where i could get it?
Also, Does the swing have no sound until it passes the yellow, sounds strange to have a silence at first...

Theres 2 versions of installers out there, one with that file, and one without. It's a bot sound. The Bit Torrent file is the newer installer with that file. I wouldn't worry too much about it, perhaps Me can put the file on his site.

Also, thats how the spin sound is coded in, i have no idea why. Atleast it gives you a warning when someone is throwable.
