Could of very noobish questions

I had to post these questions here because the are probably so obvious that it makes me sick to think I dont know them
1.Is there a command to raise my PL level when Im using offline mode.
2.When someone like Goku assends to Super Saiyan I notce the CF bar is still able to go up does that mean he can got to super sayian 2 and stuff?

The second CF bar indicates Perfect transformation I think

So there is another form or do you just get more PL?

perfect trans means he transforms without the trans animation, you "just transform"...

ok there no animation but does his appearence change?

nope, it's the same but it saves you a lot of time...

Reaching a perfect transformation state means you can transform with almost zero time. When you first achieve your transformation, it takes roughly nine seconds. The stronger you get, the less time it takes to transform. It doesnt mean you have reached ssj2 or anything like that. Though the semi perfect transformation has a different animation and a different sound, its still not another transformation, its just one step closer to perfect trans.
