Steam problems

I got steam and all and got almost everything finished with it but when I try to
put my half-life games that I have into the my games section everything works
but when it asks for my cd key it won't let any of my keys work and I got the
Platinum collection one

got the same prob... i hope steam fixes it...
and on the steam forums many ppl have that problem, so it must be fixed as soon as possible...

some 1 might used ur cd-key

cant you do a ctrl+c and then ctrl+v?

try logging out and logging in again.
