how do i put A sig

Go to your User CP and select the signature link on the left side.

Oh, you have to upload it to somewhere first. Find an image uploader, like here, then copy the link.
When you get the link of the uploaded picture, use the tags in your signature box in your user cp. For example.

[img]http://www.image_url.com/blah.jpg[./img]
(without the period)

You cannot upload signatures from your computer.
