Can I use Alpha 2.0?

Hello. This is to the ESF Team. I was wondering if I could use Alpha 2.0 as a base for a mod that I want to create... plz allow me to use it. I will give credit to you for the base mod and I wont cross any copyright laws.

Somehow I doubt it, sorry but I really don't think they will.

You should contact the team directly via e-mail, not post it on the forums.

Didn't harsens give out the code for the alpha, or am i getting mixed up with something else ?

I would doubt the team would release the Alpha 2.0 SDK with the intentions that nobody would use it.

Don't think they didn't intend for no one to use, since beta and alpha are totally different games, but i could be wrong. We'll have to get an offical answer.
