Hey that's good to be your first man :smile:
Just work on it and investigate and explore on all the options you have for adding effects and so.
There is something with Vegetas face that I dont like though, maybe it's just the way you try to smudge it with the rest of the sig, work on that one.
Also you should change the font and make it more interesting.

For a first sig that's a great attempt. Well done mate.

Try to find better quality pictures. Grainy pictures like the one on the right make sigs look worse. And as many will say, add a border. Sometimes it will make it look alot better with one.
And imo, that majin "M" doesnt fit well with the rest of the text.

and i think that i am a noob at photoshop so yah it prity good :]
