how to use sensu beams

hey guys can anyone teach me how to use that sensu beams and wads that for??

aiight....
to use the current sensu beans, first of all you have to pick a sensubean or some sensubeans up... then scroll down intell you should see some sensubean/rockish sort of picture... to no if you have seen picked up a sensubean it should say a number in your hud next 2 the green sensubean pic etc. if theres a number there witch should be 5 or under then go to the sensubean/rockish pic then click it... your health should reach full... and the last question i didnt understand what you ment... re ask it more better and maybe ill help

how do i pik up anything, i can't ever find any dragobnballs or sensu beans, how the hell fo u find these things!

look around, theres atleast one in....what was that map name...riverside or sumthing? somewheer in the water
