Ok, well, first off, I don't like symmetrical bg's so that's a negative also, that brown doesn't go with the stock, then that text color doesn't go with the stock, last thing is those pixel bars I don't like those either, I think it's a good stock with a good bg if it wasn't symmetrical... Then if you fixed the font color it'd all be dandy o.-

The bg is kind of awkward and the image doesn't seem to really fit. I also don't like the font that much.. or it could be it doesn't work the bg either.

On top of what Gk and Hwoarang said, I don't like the way that the border is wider on the sides and bottom than the top, and the stroke on the pic, it's not too great. A good try though.

The bg looks fake, the text doesnt match at all and neither does that picture :S Scrap it and try again.
