Nothing special, just need to get this thing running...

All right, i dont have a lot of time or patience for this problem, so here si the deal: i want to run this mod on a small network without any kind of internet connection.

i also veminantly HATE steam and will convert to mac and/or linux before i defile my computer with it.

how do i use this mod on a network without steam?

Steam isn't that bad - why do you hate it so much?

Anyway, you could use the current won system, go into multiplayer - lan games - create new game - and do it that way.

Then load up esf on the other computers and go into multiplayer - lan games and join the game that pops up.
If no game appears you might have to adjust your network settings.

yes, it is that bad. i'm not going to go into why, but suffice it to say i will buy a mac before i ever defile my computer with steam again.

the problem is i cants seem to make it load. i try to run the program and it says "unable to find steam.exe" and then gives me a browse button and a cancel button.

is it possible to use this game without the incredibly ***/lame/crappy/worthless program steam?
