for somerwasonw hen i create a game, any changes i make in adavaced options dont work(i noticed this works with all of my mods i think) like i put it on CTDB mode, but no balls in any of the maps... any idea what i could do

either use the map riverside (which I think supports ctdb) or wait until the next version - basically the maps do not have spawn points for the dragonballs so they spawn in funny and impossible to get places.

The problem is that the settings doesn't get saved in the game.cfg (esf folder).
To change the gamemode, edit the game.cfg (mp_gamemode, 0=free fight, 1=team fight, 2=ctdb). When you delete it, the game creates one with your settings of the advanced options.
