I wanna be able to use CTDB's right so I make the game, but it messes up saying: Couldn't open namek.wad, first of all, what does Cell_arena_b3 have to do with it? I just wanna mess around with the dragon balls so I can test out SSJ/Upper Trans skins

well, it must have used textures from the namek map, which they removed in 1.2
To resolve this, you have to download the namek.wad (you can do this by downloading 1.1 again, or someone might be able to send it to you) and add it to your esf folder. This will solve your problem.
