in photo shop i cant put a pic in the sig ????HELP

You drag it buddeh. Open up the new document, cut the picture (if it needs cuttin), and drag it.

Go to file, open, then open up the picture you want to use. Click the drag tool (it looks like a black cursor/arrow on the top right of the tools pallete) then just click&hold the picture, and move your cursor onto the document you want it to be at. Then release.

y is the pic dark?

What do you mean by dark? Contrast or Saturation?
