Please i need some help

i downloaded a few models and sound packs but they all
came out as .rar files and not .mld files if there is someone who can help me with this problem it would be most appretiated
.rar is a compression file type like .zip from winzip. Goto http://www.rarlab.com/ and download winrar to be able to open the .rar files (you can get a shareware version).
