Can't Instal HELP!

I can't instal ESF Beta 1.2. It keeps getting to "copying file c:\sierra\half life\esf\gamestart.mp3" and then it stops and when i click it says "(not responding)". What should i do?

you might have downloaded a corrupt version see if you can download it from a diff site
