Uhm, you enter a game and you get a "connection problem" error? I can't figure out the last part of the sentence.

I think what he's trying to say is. He's getting connection problems everytime he joins a server, and his controls are not ESF's, they're Half-Life's controls. Which sounds like the mod wasn't installed correctly. If you're installing 1.1 for Steam, you need to download the Steam Pack, it was on the main page, until they redid it. ESF 1.2 should work for steam the moment it's installed, but you have to make sure Half-Life's data is downloaded before installing ESF.

I can help you my ESF 1.2 works fine here download ESF 1.2 from this exact webpage man http://esf-world.com/download.php?file_id=577 and download ESF 1.2.1 beta patch from here http://esf-world.com/download.php?file_id=787 ESF 1.2 may take 4 hours but it works trust me I downloaded it myself from this website and all my friends did also and all of ours works
