Simple opinion, on My Sig, which one? Should i use, i mean.

Well, if i could figure out this damn Adobe PhotoShop CS, i would attempt at better. The thing im having trouble with most, is inserting a background behind the image. Any other neat tricks you could inform me of would be appreaciated. I dont love the Sigs, but they are what i could do at this point.
