Hey I was wondering if there was any plans to add player physics to respond to explosions. Like if a kamehameha explodes in your face the explosion should push you back, similarly if something explodes on the ground near you and the explosion damages you, you should be thrown about a bit, fall, bounce, roll etc like when you get thrown into the ground. The reason for this is that it looks a bit strange to stand in the middle of an explosion, the screen shakes but you don't move one bit.

Depending on the Strength of the beam you will move.. If you get hit by a full Kamehameha, chances are you dont live so you wont be bouncing anyways. But if you do youll notice that you do move a bit, just not a whole lot. And you do roll and bounce and those magical things when you are thrown.

Will it be enhanced in later versions? Maybe. Is it a prime priority? Not at all.

Adding Explosion physics would really just be a waste of time, considering the fact that most strong attacks are one hit kills. Unless if the beam was detonated within close proximity to you, then it should throw you back, depending on the intensity of the blast.

This idea is an iffy one.

Nevertheless, a good one. Being pushed away by someone else's transformation is crap, but this is what would/should happen if fighters of equal power levels face eachother in dbz. Their beams/blasts can't kill each other, but being pushed away by them is very likely.

Well for moderate beams that don't kill you in one hit, I reckon if you block you should be rooted to the spot but if you get hit by the explosion it should push you back and/or knock you down. You could also get a sort of 'team combo' thing going, one person fires a beam which knocks back the target and while they're rolling and tumbling (temporarily defenceless) the second team member hits them from behind with another attack.
