Cell "is it a special power?"

i was playing with Cell and my friend shot me a green atack and it hited me but my hp kepees the same what hapened? (the same hapened whem i shot a special beam canon in his head)

did you just respawn? there is a 4 second (by default) invincibility time.

Probably were on the same team.

If he had a green diamond above him, then he was on your team. If he had a red diamond, he was on the opposite team.
Players on the same teams as you are immune to any of your attacks, unless the server admin turned on friendly fire. (mp_friendlyfire 1)

I have experienced this before as well. A friend of mine was on the opposite team, shot me with whatever beam and seemed to do no damage untill the next time i respawned; it happened a few times actually. A bug perhaps, or am I imagining things?

be sure to turn off godmode =P
maybe your pl was far higher then his?
or emm... well a bug then... geez...

yeah its definitely a bug i just experienced it a few minutes ago

You probably got shot before your spawn time was up.
