Unestable 1.2.1 linux steam Dedicated Server

Why is so unestable! it crash too much!
1.0 was a lot more stable
im doing something wrong?

No there is a crash bug in 1.2.1 If it is such a problem go play 1.2 Many servers went back to 1.2 untill the the crash bug has been found and fixed.

if i roll back to 1.2 ppl with 1.2.1 can play in it?

if that was the case then why would u have to download stuff to play 1.2.1?

no u cannot play 1.2 with 1.2.1 installed

in other words..u gotta go back to 1.2 and leave 1.2 1...i know its a hassle...=\ i had to do it too.....so did many others...and no..the 1.2 1 people cant play on your server..which makes it even more suckyer..=\....srry bro..

I dont understand why the devs dont release an emergency patch !!
what are they waiting for!

they are "waiting" to find out what is causing the crashing. how can they release an emergency pack if they don't know what the problem is. be patient. 1.2.2 is in its testing stages.

It's been in testing stages for weeks on end now, this is almost as bad as actually waiting for 1.2.1 in the first place.
