its kind of strainful on the eyes because the letters are hard to read. also kakashi doesnt look like he was put in the right place. either the sig is too small, or move kakashi down more.

The BG is actually rather nice, but it's the color blending of the image and it's placement is what you need to work on.

It seems you've improved a lot lately, with this sig. 7/10
