Enabling HL Cheats In ESF?

Is it posible to turn HL cheats on with the "sv_cheats 1" command?
Or is there a different command? This would be just for my own server i mean.

yea... change it in your autoexec.cfg, listenserver.cfg config.cfg and server.cfg change all these to sv_cheats 1 and change cheats disabled to cheats enabled

It says when i type the cheat in, "unknown command"
It doesnt give me god mode or no clip.

i think hl cheats doesnt work with esf or you typed the cheat wrong.

i tried this too
didn't work either, so i just installed amx mod
only way to get em work is amx or admin mod i guess
