Can you try to explain yourself a bit better? Its hard to understand the point youre trying to make.

You cut around them, using the tools that whatever program youre using, has.

You seriously needa go grab some help files. I dont know about anyone else on this forum, but I find it rather annoying that people just ask for help and want to have other people want to do their work for them; instead of us telling you how to do stuff, just go look in the help files and learn yourself.

You can use either of the 3 lasso tools, each cutting in different ways.
Or the rectangular, Elliptical, single row or single columl marquee tool.

There are at least a dozen ways you can go about cutting images.

o nvm lol i just used earser and did something lol and how do you post your sig on b/c imageshack cant host photoshop stuff

Save as a .jpg, then you can host it on imageshack.
