EVM not working

I have version 2.1.1 and EVM is not working on it i try to create the server for me and a couple of friends to play on (listen) and before it gets authed the bar goes back one square and it closes, sombody please help

never even heard of 2.1.1 there is esf 1.2 and esf 1.2.1 but no 2.1.1 also evm doesnt work for esf 1.2 or 1.2.1 only 1.1 also this is not the forum to be posting in. go to www.corona-bytes.net also welcome to esf and the forums READ THE STICKIES AND THE AUP.
