the news?

i havent been able to keep up with the esf 1.3 chat going on around here since my connections been down for quiet a while but can you guys tell me what new features, attacks, models, characters, and gameplay will be in 1.3?

well what i read so fdar its all a little bit kinda jumpy right now. we think ginyu (or at least i do) will be in 1.3
