Question...

How well can you play ESF with a touch pad? Is it anything like Counter Strike where you absolutely need a mouse to be able to aim well?

you would prolly need a mouse there, buddy ol pal.

touchpads really restrict your movement.

Its not impossible but you'd struggle in melee fights.

melee fights would be alright since yuo can always just roll your finger around hopping you get stuff right...other than that you would have some problems charging beams, beam struggle (tap, tap, tap, tap, tap, tap) so you should probably get a mouse it would save you getting artheritas in your finger joints (dont know about wrist tho

Touch pad?

No I mean struggling to turn around to face your opponent. If they swooped behind you, you'd never be able to turn around to face them before they grabbed you. Beams at least there's no pressure you can take your time. (unless someone is after you.)
