no where. You don't need it. Why is it there? I don't know. Do you need it? Nope. I have never used it.

I could be wrong. you might need it. But if you do, oh well, i have never used it. And i don't get errors or anything.

it's something from winXP i though or when you make images something like that dont care about it

It's a database file generated by Windows containing the small versions of images you see when you view files in thumbnail mode.
You don't have to mess with it. You can set the folder's options to not show hidden files so you won't see it, if you don't want to.
