He locked it because he thought you were advertising ClanBase. Since you were advertising voting for ESF to get it a ladder, he unlocked it.

There aren't enough clans in esf for this .

then why dont u start talking in ESF Chat to make more clans? or go to irc, there are always plenty of ppl online there and im sure someone wanna make a clan...
just make a new tread, post ur skills so u can find ppl with the same skills as u
go to freewebs.com and make a lil clan website or sumthing
and off u go, a clan has been born =o

I know lots of clans, AFK, Ocrana, SSJ, Ape, LSSJ, Kai, E.F - prolly tons more as well.
