IRC Channel +k?

K means key, right? If so, why does it have a password? Sorry if this sounds stupid and this has already been posted in the forums, but I'm new to these forums and didn't find anything with the search function (except that the channel does exist).

gamesurge was formerly known as Gamesnet, but the current Gamesnet is NOT the same gamesnet, it was formerly know as Gameshout if i remember correctly...
so dont try to connect to #esf on gamesnet but on gamesurge
