If you want a high powerlevel quickly,
go to the esf folder and then go to the esf_bot folder inside.
use the program called sbot.exe and edit one of the bots (preferably the first one shown). clear the powerlevel shown in the box and fill the box with several 9's. Save, then open esf, press = to get to the old bot menu and use the debug mode to make the bots ignore humans and to stop bot movement. then use the advanced bot menu (check your controls) and add the 1st superbot (or the one you edited) now just use melee attacks on him and watch your powerlever soar, I do this with my brothers over lan for a laugh.
